Louis DiRosa, Jr. (Of Counsel)

Louis DiRosa, Jr., began his legal career as a law clerk to Chief Judge Gerald P Fedoroff of the New Orleans Civil District Court. He then served as an Assistant City Attorney in both the Litigation and Criminal sections of the New Orleans City Attorney’s Office. He served under four Mayors. Louis also served the public as an Assistant Attorney General, an Attorney for the Louisiana Legislative Bureau and as a Hearing Officer for the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board. Louis has achieved an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating a lawyer can receive. In the last few years Louis has been active with the Louisiana Bar Association having served on the President Nominating Committee, the House of Delegates and Lawyers and Judges in the classroom. Louis has been chosen multiple times as a “Top Lawyer” by New Orleans Magazine.

Aside from practicing law, Louis has also taught Criminal Justice at Delgado Community College and American History at Redeemer High School in New Orleans.

Additionally, having served as a board member of SAG/AFTRA in New Orleans, Louis enjoys doing pro bono work where he assists beginning actors, models and musicians with entertainment industry contracts.

Louis’ favorite pastimes are Glamour & Beauty Photography, College & Pro Football, and State & Local Politics. He was elected twice to serve on his party’s State Central Committee in Louisiana House District 98.
